Delete your account
You can permanently delete your WatchSafe account and associated data. This removes your profile, your children’s profiles, watch history, and settings.
How to delete your account → In the app: go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and open Account deletion & data removal.
Email and push notifications
You can turn email and push notifications on or off at any time. This controls whether we use your email or device for service and product messages.
In the app: Settings → Notifications. Toggle email and/or push as you prefer.
Sale of personal information
We do not sell your personal information. There is no opt-out for “sale” because we don’t sell data. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
Other requests
For access to your data, data portability, correction, or other privacy requests, contact us and we’ll respond as required by law.
