WatchSafe Fundraiser Program Addendum

1. Fundraiser Purpose

The Fundraiser Program exists to allow churches, schools, co-ops, and Christian organizations to raise funds while equipping families with WatchSafe. Participation is subject to approval and continued mission alignment.

2. Fundraiser Models

Approved Group Partners may participate under one of the following models, as selected during application and confirmed in writing: Model A: Short-term fundraiser with an initial revenue cap retained by the Group Partner. Model B: Ongoing recurring revenue share. Model C: Group licensing arrangement. Model terms, caps, discounts, and durations will be confirmed prior to launch.

3. Use of Funds

WatchSafe encourages—but does not police—use of fundraiser proceeds for ministry, educational, or mission-aligned purposes. Group Partners are solely responsible for: stewardship of funds received; compliance with any internal governance or donor disclosure obligations.

4. Discounts & Pricing

Any discounts offered to families as part of a fundraiser are funded by WatchSafe unless otherwise specified in writing. Discounts may not be misrepresented as donations, grants, or charitable contributions.

5. Payments & Reporting

Fundraiser payouts are issued monthly after the minimum payout threshold is met. Payments are made via Stripe Connect or PayPal. Group Partners are responsible for tax compliance and reporting. WatchSafe does not represent fundraiser proceeds as tax-deductible donations.

6. Termination

WatchSafe may suspend or terminate a fundraiser if: promotion becomes misleading or coercive; group conduct creates brand or legal risk; mission alignment is lost. Earned funds prior to termination will be paid unless fraud or unlawful conduct is involved.

7. Relationship

Group Partners participate as independent entities. This Program does not create a joint venture, ministry partnership, or agency relationship.
